Information We Collect

The App is designed to function as a camera and zoom tool. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The information we collect is limited to what is necessary to operate the App, serve advertisements, and improve stability.

1. Device Identifiers
We collect your device's Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), a unique identifier assigned by Apple to your device for our app. This identifier is used solely for crash reporting purposes through Firebase Crashlytics and is not linked to your personal identity.

2. Crash and Diagnostics Data
We use Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to collect crash reports and diagnostic information. This may include:
◦ Crash logs and stack traces
◦ Device model and hardware information
◦ Operating system type and version
◦ App version and build number
◦ Device identifier (IDFV)

This data is used exclusively to identify and fix bugs, improve app stability, and enhance overall performance.

3. Advertising Data
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect certain information to serve relevant ads, including:
◦ Ad interaction data (impressions, taps)
◦ Device information
◦ IP address
◦ Advertising-related identifiers

The App integrates with Apple's SKAdNetwork framework to support privacy-preserving ad attribution. If you purchase a premium subscription, advertisements are disabled and no further advertising data is collected.

4. In-App Purchase Data
The App offers a premium subscription through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. All purchase transactions are processed and managed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status (active or expired) to unlock premium features and disable advertisements.

5. Camera and Microphone
The App requires access to your device's camera and microphone to provide its core functionality - capturing photos and recording videos with zoom. All photos and videos are stored locally on your device. We do not access, upload, or transmit your photos or videos to any server.

6. Local Storage
The App stores a small amount of data locally on your device, such as your subscription status cache. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to any external server.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

◦ App Stability and Improvement - Crash and diagnostics data helps us identify issues, fix bugs, and improve the App's performance and reliability.
◦ Advertising - Advertising data is used by Google AdMob to display ads within the App for non-premium users. This supports the free version of the App.
◦ Subscription Management - Purchase data is used to verify your subscription status and provide access to premium features.

Third-Party Services

Crash and diagnostics data is retained by Firebase Crashlytics in accordance with Google's data retention policies. Advertising data is managed by Google AdMob. Local data on your device (such as photos, videos, and subscription cache) is retained until you delete the App or clear it manually.

Your Choices and Controls

◦ Disable Ads - You can purchase a premium subscription to remove all advertisements and stop advertising-related data collection within the App.
◦ Limit Ad Tracking - You can limit ad tracking through your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
◦ Revoke Permissions - You can revoke camera or microphone access at any time through your device's Settings. Note that this will affect the App's core functionality.
◦ Delete Data - Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data from your device.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at contact@alfarays.com and we will promptly delete it.

Information Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
